IMPORTANT:
In order to receive the SMS with the NIP and continue with your portability process, you must:
1. Have the SIM Card of the other operator (Claro, Movistar, Virgin, etc) inside your mobile device.
2. The SIM Card must be ACTIVE in the other operator.
3. Your mobile device must be SWITCHED ON.
4. Flash Mobile will send you a SMS to your other operator number in case the portability is rejected. In the messsage we will indicate what you can do depending on the cause of rejection.
